At first impression he is too handsome to be a doctor. He should have been a photo model.

Gosh, thank you. The lighting in my room must have been very flattering for our appointment. I hope I was able to help with your health problem as well!

At first impression I thought he was too jolly to be a docter but the way he listened and asked questions were a bit reassuring. After more visits, I realise that he was keen on how I want to be treated so he is my main doctor now.

Thank you very much! I do try always to make sure I understand what my patients think is wrong with them, and what they think we should be doing to help. I'm glad I've been able to reassure you.

Each time I see Dr Ben, he gives me a big lesson without exchanging one world. Today I had appointment with him, the chairs in the waiting room were messy. When he came to call me, asked me for a second to tidy up the chairs for coming people. How humble a huge personality can be :)
